We are one of the leading nonprofit fundraising firms in Pittsburgh. We are currently looking for a motivated individual who enjoys giving back to the community to join our nonprofit marketing team as an Entry Level Operations Manager.
The Entry-Level Operations Manager will work closely with the members of our fundraising team in planning, coordinating, and executing our fundraising initiatives throughout the local area. In short, our Operations Manager aims to combine active listening skills and organizational processes to drive our departments toward their engagement and sales goals. Each Operations Manager gets equipped with the industry and client knowledge necessary for success through entry-level training on consumer preferences, sales, customer service, market trends, and business practices.
Entry Level Operations Manager Duties / Responsibilities:
- Assist in the development and implementation of marketing campaigns and strategies
- Ensure top-notch customer service at the events with the promotional marketing staff
- Drive client acquisition, lead generation, and brand loyalty through sales activities at the events
- Develop knowledge of company management practices and build on current methods by observing and collaborating with current management teams and other Entry Level Operations Managers
- Learn how to navigate client knowledge to assist in the outreach and enrollment process when speaking to members of the community
- Attend and conduct entry-level training meetings to master engagement, sales, consumer outreach, and problem-solving expectations that we utilize for client success
Qualifications & Requirements of the Entry Level Operations Manager:
The ideal Operations Manager candidate must have strong written and verbal communication skills, including a strong customer service orientation, and excellent organizational/time management skills. This is a fast-paced environment where you will be working as part of a team as well as independently. Strong attention to detail and well as deadlines is most critical. Experience in marketing, sales, customer service, retail, and advertising is a plus. Occasional travel is required.
