We are currently in search of an Administrative Executive Assistant for a Community Service Organization located in New York City (Wall Street). This is a Full Time, Hybrid, Temporary assignment.
ORGANIZATION TYPE: Community Service
LOCATION: New York City (Wall Street)
POSITION TITLE: Administrative Executive Assistant
SCHEDULE: Full Time (40 hrs./wk.), Hybrid (2 days in office, 3 days remote)
DURATION: Temporary (2-3 Months)
HOURLY RATE: $21-25/hr.
Is This Your Dream Job? The Administrative Executive Assistant will be the right-hand person to the CEO, understanding her needs, and proactively managing tasks to keep her focused and on track.
Our Ideal Candidate:
- High School Diploma or GED required
- 2+ years of administrative experience, specifically calendaring and scheduling events
- Familiarity with Slack, SAP and databases a plus
- Experience with Microsoft Office and Google Suite required
How You Will Spend Your Day:
- Optimize the CEO’s time by ruthlessly prioritizing her calendar and commitments.
- Collaborate with the CEO to create the most effective frameworks to organize her work, commitments and calendar.
- Proactively propose new solutions when you see that those systems are no longer working effectively.
- Act as a thought partner to the President and CEO
- Partner with other senior leaders and executive assistants to provide administrative support for key meetings including strategic planning; alignment and prioritization meetings, and meetings with key affiliates and supporters
- Take accurate minutes for various meetings
- Draft and edit occasional correspondence on behalf of the CEO
