Duties:
- Learn and understand the company's policies, procedures, and operations
- Assist in managing daily store operations, including inventory management and stock replenishment
- Provide exceptional customer service and resolve customer complaints or issues
- Train and develop team members on company standards and best practices
- Assist in creating and implementing marketing strategies to drive sales and increase market share
- Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
- Be an active team player representing our Nonprofit clients as well as being adaptable to our other 43 clients.
Requirements:
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent business etiquette and communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to manage time efficiently and meet deadlines
- Basic math skills for inventory management and cash handling
- Previous administrative or managerial experience is a plus
- Knowledge of the market and industry trends is desirable
