ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY - BUSINESS ASSOCIATES, SWARAMBH (CORE PROGRAMS)
We are seeking a dynamic and passionate individual to join our team as a Business Associate for the Swarambh Program. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in expanding the reach of Swarambh by onboarding new colleges, engaging mentors for orientation workshops, managing data and reports from pitching events and providing essential support to trainers in the formation of Swarambh batches. This position requires a combination of excellent communication skills, project management abilities, and a genuine commitment to empowering students through the Swarambh Program.
What you will do:
The role requires a candidate who is ready to travel occasionally to support various events and initiatives.
This position will involve a mix of:
1. College Onboarding:
- Identify and approach potential colleges for the Swarambh Program.
- Build and maintain relationships with college administrators and key stakeholders.
- Facilitate the onboarding process, ensuring colleges understand the benefits and requirements of the program.
2. Mentor Outreach:
- Develop and implement strategies to recruit qualified mentors for Swarambh orientation workshops.
- Collaborate with educational institutions, industry professionals, and community organizations to identify potential mentors.
- Coordinate mentor orientation sessions and provide necessary resources and support.
3. Data Management and Reporting:
- Establish and maintain a comprehensive database of colleges, mentors, and relevant contacts.
- Compile and analyze data from pitching events to generate insightful reports.
- Ensure accurate and up-to-date records of all program-related activities.
4. Support for Trainers:
- Assist trainers in the organization and execution of Swarambh batches.
- Provide logistical support for training sessions, workshops, and other program-related events.
- Act as a liaison between trainers and other program stakeholders.
5. Communication and Collaboration:
- Effectively communicate the goals and requirements of the Swarambh Program to colleges, mentors, and other stakeholders.
- Collaborate with marketing and communications teams to develop outreach materials and campaigns.
- Participate in meetings and discussions to enhance program effectiveness.
Qualification:
- Bachelor's/Master’s degree in a relevant field (Business, Education, Communications, etc.).
- Proven experience in outreach, relationship building, or community engagement.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with education and mentorship programs is a plus.
