ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY - BUSINESS ASSOCIATES, TEAMPRENEUR (CORE PROGRAMS)
For the last thirteen years, Medha has delivered a unique experiential learning program to young people in the ‘Hindi belt.’
Based on the Four Cs of 21st-century skills – communications, collaboration, creativity, and critical thinking – the program aims to prepare young people to start and excel in diverse career paths of their choice.
Constantly upgraded and enhanced, the program has evolved significantly over the last decade, along with changing student and market demands. As we look to the future of learning and work, we are doubling down on the program's transformative impact on young people’s lives.
What you will do:
We are seeking a dynamic and creative Social Media Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing all social media handles, overseeing program activities, and implementing effective SEO strategies. The role requires a candidate who is ready to travel occasionally to support various events and initiatives.
This position will involve a mix of:
Social Media Management:
Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement.
- Manage and maintain all social media handles, including but not limited to Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms.
- Create, curate, and schedule engaging content to foster a vibrant online community. Monitor social media trends and stay updated on the organization best practices.
Program Activities:
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand program objectives and requirements.
- Ensure that all program activities are effectively communicated through social media channels.
- Create and execute social media campaigns to promote program initiatives and events.
- Monitor and analyze the performance of social media campaigns and adjust strategies as needed.
SEO Implementation:
Learn Develop and execute SEO strategies to improve the organization's online visibility.
- Perform keyword research, captions, on-page optimization, and content optimization to enhance search engine rankings.
- Monitor and analyze website performance using SEO tools and make data-driven recommendations.
Qualification:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven experience in social media management and SEO implementation.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and their respective audiences.
- Creative thinker with the ability to generate innovative ideas for content and campaigns.
- Familiarity with SEO best practices and tools.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
