Job Summary: The Server Lead will prepare and serve food and liquor products as directed. This position will maintain proper food, liquor handling and storage procedures, and maintain all sanitation and safety standards.

· Prepare food and beverage products in compliance with production records and recipes.
· Maintain standards of sanitation, daily and in compliance with assigned sanitation schedule.
· Should keep a clean work area and should clean as they go.
· Use safe operating practices and procedures. Securely store all liquor.
· Maintain and operate various types of equipment and utensils in safe and sanitary fashion.
· Follow procedures for safe food handling and storage.
· Follow recipes to their best ability in order to obtain the most consistent product.
· Serve and garnish food products as directed on production records.
· Efficiently serve food and beverages to tables for waited style service, via serving trays.
· Accurately provide information about the meal being presented.
· Any discrepancies with recipes/menus should be brought to the chef/lead cook.
· Observes diners to fulfill any additional request and to perceive when meal has been completed.
· Ensure dining tables and bus tubs are clean throughout shift
· Stock dishware
· Complete food and liquor inventory.
· Restock supplies as needed prior to next meal service.
· Clean and sanitize department storage, refrigeration/freezer, equipment, utensils, waste containers, etc. as assigned by manager on duty and/or in compliance with the schedule.
· Clean and sanitize all preparation and service stations following each meal service.
· Comply with applicable federal, state and local laws, rules, and regulations; maintains knowledge of and follows all Plymouth Place policies and procedures.
· Maintain regular and punctual attendance at work and meetings.
· Attends in-service and education programs.
