QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience in data collection, entry, tracking, reporting and analysis using Excel and database software
- Experience working with families of children ages prenatal-6
- Experience in Head Start or Early Head Start preferred
- Experience working with diverse populations
- Valid Colorado Driver’s License
- Knowledge of the service population’s cultural and socioeconomic characteristics and the appropriate techniques and practices for the client population.
- Ability to interact effectively as a team member and independently with Agency staff and with a diverse client base.
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
- Minimum 1 year experience directly working in healthcare, patient advocacy, or early childhood education.
- CPR/AED/First Aid Certification and/or ability to obtain within 60 days of employment.
LANGUAGE SKILLS
Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of organization.

Compensation & Benefits
Salary: $20.00- $25.00 / hour
Schedule: Dependent on location, Center is open 7:30am-5:30pm, Monday through Friday.
