•Bachelor's degree required.
•A minimum of 5 years of project management experience is required with a demonstrated ability to develop and execute strategic plans from concept to implementation is preferred.
•A minimum of 5 years supervisory experience is required.

•Demonstrated ability in successfully promoting innovative ideas to diverse constituents.
•Demonstrated in-depth understanding of culture and business processes across multiple functions.

•Demonstrated excellent project management, organizational, analytical planning, and problem-solving skills.
•Superior verbal, written and interpersonal communications skills are required.

•Demonstrated superior ability to build relationships and influence others by interacting with a broad range of stakeholders with different interests and needs is required.
•Demonstrated ability to work proactively in an ambiguous, dynamic, entrepreneurial department is required.
•Demonstrated ability to manage multiple simultaneous deadlines while maintaining a steadfast attention to detail is required.
•Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Access, Visio, Publisher, Outlook) and PC skills are required.
