<\/div>Design and execute Nature Connect outreach campaigns aligned with the programme’s objectives.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/li>Document success stories, field highlights, and program milestones through written narratives, photographs and short films.<\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/li>Coordinate content planning and publishing for social media, newsletters, and communication collateral.<\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/li>Develop and manage communication material including brochures, posters, infographics, presentations, reports, etc.<\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/li>Curate and share weekly/monthly updates/stories from field teams<\/span><\/span> <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/li><\/ul>Field Storytelling & Content Development:<\/b><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/u>

Travel to project locations to gather visual and narrative content showcasing on -ground impact and engagement.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/li>Work with the Nature Connect team to convert field -based learnings into engaging multimedia content for awareness and capacity building.<\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/li><\/ul>Stakeholder Engagement and Communication:<\/b><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/u>
<\/p>
Support the team in organizing awareness events, exhibitions, campaigns, and webinars to amplify programme visibility.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/li>Support internal communication efforts by contributing drafting reports for stakeholders.<\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/li>Provide support on logistics for activities and events.<\/span><\/span> <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/li>Outreach, Coordination and Communication with the stakeholders.<\/span><\/span><\/span>

Requirements<\/h3>
Desired Qualifications, Experience & Competencies:<\/span><\/span><\/u><\/span><\/b>
<\/p>
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Journalism, Environmental Studies, Wildlife Sciences or related fields.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/li>Minimum 1 year of professional experience in communication roles, preferably related to environment, conservation or education sectors.<\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/li>Demonstrated ability to develop communication strategies and multimedia content for outreach and engagement<\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/li>Strong storytelling skills with experience in documentation, content writing, photography, videography or social media.<\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/li>Field -based work experience in outreach or educational programs will be an advantage.<\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Hindi.<\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/li>Proficiency in creation of communication -related content – including writing, editing, visual design, and media production.<\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/li>Ability to document field stories and program impact effectively for diverse audiences.<\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/li>Familiarity with digital and print media tools (social media platforms, Canva, Adobe Suite, etc.).<\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/li>Comfort with field visits, travel and working with varied communities and age groups.<\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/li>Ability to work independently and in coordination with cross -functional teams.<\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/li>Passion for nature, biodiversity and community engagement.<\/span><\/span><\/span>
