We have a part time opportunity for a Custodian at our South Plainfield Community!
Some duties include
- Adheres to all schedules provided.
- Mops, sweeps and vacuums all common areas of the property
- Cleans and polices stairwells and hallways
- Washes common area windows and glass
- Cleans Administrative Offices
- Assist with floor maintenance
- Trash removal during weekend hours.
Education/Training: High School Diploma or equivalent
Skill(s): standing, pushing, pulling, listening, comprehending, small tool handling, power tool handling, cleaning equipment handling, following schedules, including weekend hours.
Experience: One or more years in custodial, janitorial or porter position (s)
