We are recruiting for A&R Workers for two of our services across London:
Floating Hub
The Floating Hub is a time limited, intensive intervention for targeted cohorts of people sleeping rough in hotspots across London. It is a multidisciplinary 24/7 ‘pop up’ assessment hub lasting up to 21 days in each location. Once each Floating Hub closes the team carry out a planned handover with all agencies to ensure that individuals are successfully rehoused. The Floating Hub provides safe off the streets accommodation and brings partners together under one roof to deliver rapid, tailored support, aiming to ensure that people do not return to rough sleeping.
This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic and initiative service which specialises in working with people where other attempts to end their homelessness have failed.
No Second Night Out
The St Mungo’s Pan London Rough Sleeping Team (No Second Night Out) provide a rapid response service, intervening to ensure no one needs to sleep rough, our work is ongoing.

If you have a good understanding of the complex issues faced by homeless people, the ability to manage complex behaviours and work with people who are facing a difficult personal or emotional situation, we encourage you to apply!
NSNO is the largest assessment service commissioned in the UK for people experiencing rough sleeping. St Mungo’s have been delivering this innovate service since 2011, the team continue to use their expert knowledge, learning and proven success as part of the Pan London Rough Sleeping Service to provide a rapid response, and intervention to ensure no one needs to sleep rough.
