As an organization, we have had the privilege of working with some of the brightest minds in the industry, and we take pride in our ability to identify and nurture talent. 1,15,600+ entrepreneurs participated in various programs, workshops, masterclasses and events so far. These initiatives have provided a platform for entrepreneurs to gain insights, expand their network, and hone their skills.

As a Program Associate with NSRCEL Impact Orbit team, you will play a key role in transforming the entrepreneurial journey for startups within our ecosystem. Working closely with the team, you will:
<\/span><\/span><\/div>Drive Program Excellence: Help execute the day -to -day operations of our dynamic <\/span><\/span><\/span>programs, ensuring smooth and timely delivery of key milestones.<\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/li>Collaborate for Success: Build meaningful, sustainable relationships with entrepreneurs, internal teams, and program partners to foster a collaborative working environment.<\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/li>Data -Driven Insights: Conduct in -depth monitoring and evaluation surveys, analyze data, and generate actionable insights to improve program outcomes.<\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/li>Support Growth: Assist in developing and managing program activities, resources, and budget to ensure we consistently meet our objectives.<\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/li>Entrepreneur -Centric Focus: Be the bridge between entrepreneurs and NSRCEL's resources. Understand their needs and work proactively to facilitate the support they require.<\/span>

Requirements<\/h3>
A Bachelor’s degree from a reputed institution (Management or related fields are a plus).
<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>Experience: 1 -3 years of experience in program management, startup ecosystems, or a related field
<\/span><\/span><\/li>Excellent verbal and written communication skills to engage with diverse stakeholders.
<\/span><\/span><\/li>Strong program execution skills with a focus on attention to detail and timeliness.
<\/span><\/span><\/li>Ability to think strategically and offer innovative solutions to complex challenges.
<\/span><\/span><\/li>Capability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously, prioritizing effectively in a fast - paced environment.
<\/span><\/span><\/li>Interest or experience in Social Entrepreneurship is highly desirable.<\/span><\/span>
