The NS Raghavan Centre for Entrepreneurial Learning (NSRCEL) is IIM Bangalore’s startup hub and incubation centre. The centre is structured as a section -8 not -for -profit entity.<\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>
NSRCEL’s mission is to support ventures in the start -up ecosystem that demonstrate potential to create significant economic and societal impact. This financial year alone NSRCEL has engaged with 1106 ventures through 13 unique program tracks across 82 towns in the country.<\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>
NSRCEL is supported by Department of Science and Technology and Ministry of Electronics and Information Technology. NSRCEL has partners with corporates like Alstom, Capgemini, Goldman Sachs, Kotak Mahindra Bank, Maruti Suzuki, Pernod Ricard India Foundation and SBI Foundation, among others to support idea stage and early -revenue stage entrepreneurs and startups in focussed themes of climate -tech, women entrepreneurship, and social impact.<\/span><\/span><\/span>

What you will be doing<\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/b><\/div>As the Assistant Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing the Fintech Centre of Excellence’s strategic initiatives. You will contribute to program design, portfolio management, and stakeholder engagement, driving the success of fintech startups in the NSRCEL ecosystem.<\/span>

<\/span><\/span><\/div>Key Responsibilities<\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/b><\/div>Contribute to the design and implementation of program activities under the Fintech <\/span><\/span><\/span>COE, aligning them with strategic objectives.<\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/li>Manage the fintech venture portfolio, identify areas for growth, and design support interventions to enhance venture outcomes.<\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/li>Establish and maintain strong relationships with ecosystem partners, financial institutions, and fintech startups.<\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/li>Analyze program performance data and generate insights to inform decision -making and continuous improvement.<\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/li>Organize and lead key events, workshops, partnerships and investor connects, ensuring impactful delivery.<\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/li>Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure a high -quality experience for participating ventures.<\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/li>Research towards fintech startup ecosystem to build thesis, papers, program materials to build technical depth for the Fintech COE.<\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/li>Maintain program compliance and contribute to brand building in line with NSRCEL’s standards. <\/span><\/span>

Requirements<\/h3>
What you will need to bring to the table<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/b><\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/p>
Have 3 -5 years of experience in program management, strategic planning, or startup <\/span><\/span><\/span>ecosystem roles, preferably in fintech.<\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/li>Possess a strong understanding of fintech, innovation, or entrepreneurship ecosystems.<\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/li>Be comfortable working with diverse stakeholders and leading high -visibility initiatives.<\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/li>Have excellent analytical and communication skills.<\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/li>Be proactive, strategic, and driven to make a meaningful impact on the program and portfolio.
