Key Responsibilities:
Leadership:
- Lead and inspire our Resource Development team, overseeing a talented group of professionals to craft comprehensive fundraising strategies.
- Foster a Culture of Philanthropy within our organization, engaging executive staff and our Board of Directors in donor cultivation and stewardship activities.
Resource Development:
- Drive major gift solicitations and manage donor relationships, leveraging your experience to secure vital funding for our programs.
- Collaborate closely with Club executives and volunteers to maximize donor engagement and support.
Communications and Public Relations:
- Develop and execute a compelling external communication strategy, harnessing various media channels to amplify our impact and engage stakeholders.
- Advocate for youth issues and forge strategic partnerships to enhance funding opportunities and community awareness.
Resource Management:
- Ensure efficient management of fundraising expenses and maintain accurate records, upholding the highest ethical standards in accordance with industry best practices.
Qualifications:
Knowledge:
- Bachelor's degree preferred, coupled with at least five years of fundraising experience, including successful major gift solicitation.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills are essential, along with a proven ability to collaborate effectively across diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Proficiency in donor database management and CRM software is advantageous.

- Meticulous attention to detail and exceptional organizational abilities.
- Comfortable communicating via various channels, including email, phone, and social media.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and assume additional responsibilities as needed.
