Job Description
The IT Service Lead has a vital role in delivering and ensuring technology services to all our colleagues in Porticus, Laudes, Investment Office, and CPS (together called the Constanter Universe or CU). Where responsibility ranges from service lifecycle, to overseeing the delivery of services, reporting on and structurally improving of these services, as well as providing technology expertise in projects.
Our service lead brings energy, likes a challenge, aims to learn, is a star in making things simple / decomplicating matters, works towards our shared goals, has an agile mindset, and has sufficient technology knowledge to ask the right questions and to connect the dots.
Key responsibilities are:
Service Lifecycle Management - Build and maintain a fit-for-purpose IT Service Catalogue, define and agree standards for these services, perform change management.
Service Performance Management – Coordinate and ensure service delivery, overseeing the day-to-day operations of the IT services provided by both internal service engineers and third parties, major incident coordination, service level management and reporting.
Service Improvement - Advise the Head of Technology on proposed service improvements and new developments, lead on service improvement initiatives, support all capabilities where needed to improve, research and recommend new or different technologies which will enhance current systems to support overall business goals, enhance effectiveness and reduce costs.
Supplier management - Manage vendors and contracts in the technology scope, ensuring all contract deliverables and obligations are being identified, managed and tracked in a pro-active manner, proposing new sourcing initiatives when applicable.
Asset and configuration management – Provide overview of all assets, ensuring all assets in CMDB tooling are maintained and actual, monitoring cost, executing license management for all technology assets, procuring hardware for Amsterdam, Zug and regional offices.
Technical IT expert in projects and changes - Acting as technical IT expert in projects and major changes, providing knowledge and advice.
Qualifications
Required qualifications:
A Bachelor’s degree, for example in computer science or information management, or demonstrated ability to act on this level
At minimum 2 years’ relevant working experience in the information technology domain including experience with the Microsoft 365 suite
Key competencies:
ITIL Service Management
IT Supplier management incl. advising on IT Cost
Ability to manage outsourced work and project management skills
Builds strong relationships with vendors and the business ensuring smooth collaboration.

- Offering a salary between €51.000 - €80.000 depending on experience
- Must be eligible to work in the Netherlands
