Shriners Children's is the premier pediatric burn, orthopaedic, spinal cord injury, cleft lip and palate, and pediatric subspecialties medical center. Shriners Children's is looking for a Senior Philanthropy, Director, Planned & Major Giving-West Region to report into our Corporate Philanthropy Planned & Major Giving Department.
The Senior Philanthropy Director, Planned & Major Giving-West Region is responsible for seeking out opportunities and developing and implementing strategies to identify, cultivate and solicit prospects and donors in support of Shriners Children’s mission to bring specialty pediatric healthcare to children, regardless of the families’ ability to pay. The Senior Philanthropy Director will work in the West Region of the country to cultivate Planned & Major Giving donors, and will work in cooperation with the Executive Director of Philanthropy, Planned and Major Giving to develop and execute annual plans for securing major and planned gift support. The expected annual fundraising goal for this position is a minimum of $2 million annually.
The pay range for this position is $101,460-$126,825/annually. Compensation is determined based on years of experience and department equity.
