Sentara Healthcare is currently hiring for a Radiologic Technologist to work at Sentara Norfolk General Hospital, a Level I Trauma Center located in Norfolk, VA.
Generous Sign On Bonus up to 20K, plus relocation and moving allowance for qualified candidates!
Hours/Shift:
Full-Time: Monday to Friday 10pm to 6:30am
Department/Position Overview:

Job Requirements:
- Trade School Graduate in Radiologic Technology
- ARRT, Registry eligible graduate in lieu of ARRT, must obtain ARRT registry within 180 days of hire.

Job Summary
Conducts general diagnostic radiological imaging studies of patients, within scope of demonstrated competency under the direction of a qualified physician, to include: positioning of patient for demonstration of correct anatomy/pathology, operation of radiation producing equipment, operation of the electronic Radiology systems and preparation of patient room/equipment/medications.
Phlebotomy competency for lab may be required for certain sites that do both Radiology and Lab.
Registry eligible graduate in lieu of ARRT, must obtain ARRT registry within 180 days of hire.
