Yuvraj Singh Foundation is a non-profit organization
established by cricketer and cancer survivor Yuvraj Singh, registered under the
Bombay Trust Act, 1965.
Our Mission is to empower all people
to fight cancer, through awareness, early detection, patient support and
survivor empowerment.
We provide financial support for the cancer
treatment of children from underprivileged backgrounds through our empanelled
hospitals pan India. We also conduct cancer screening and awareness camps in
multiple locations across the country.
Through our initiatives, we ensure that opportunities
to detect and fight cancer are equal for all – no matter who you are, your
level of education, level of income or where you live in our country.
We are looking for a young and enthusiastic Associate Manager - Pediatric Cancer. One should be a leader, well organized, proactive, and have the ability to
manage large scale project & interact professionally with multiple
stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
·Responding to treatment Support application requests via Email
& Calls
·Evaluating the documents submitted against the application
·Coordinating with Hospital Social Workers
·Presenting the case to the Medical grants committee for further
process & approval
·Drafting, filing and communicating the approval status of the
application letter to the hospital
·Working closely with the accounts department for process for
payment disbursement
·Coordinating with partner hospital for follow up documents
·End to end management & documentation of the Treatment
Support Program
·Quarterly follow-up with beneficiary family for status reporting
·Managing entire cycle of the Scholarships Program
·To stay updated on information pertaining to
pediatric cancer
·Creating effective Cancer Awareness through
research based collaterals on Childhood Cancer
·Assessing, evaluating and documenting the process
and impact of the program
·Coming up with ingenious ways to raise awareness
& design Awareness Campaigns according to the target audience
·Create content for effective Cancer Awareness
Collaterals according to target audience
·Design Employee Engagement Programs for

Requirements
- Location: Gurugram, Haryana
- MSW- Medical and Psychiatry/ MPH/ Health Sciences/ MBA in
Healthcare Management with past experience in Pediatric Oncology
- 1-3 years field experience in Pediatric Oncology, counseling,
cancer patient care or in health care field.
- Excellent professional communication skills
- Ability to communicate professionally in English and Hindi
- Demonstrate integrity and resourcefulness
