We are currently looking for a Program Coordinator - Workplace & First Aid to join us in our mission to save lives and prevent injuries.

Position Highlights:

The Program Coordinator - Workplace & First Aid Implements and assists in the design and development of programs within the Workplace Training and First Aid Business Units

What You’ll Do:

Project Coordination:

Prepares presentations or reports on the status of the various programs including the stage of development, budget variance, or completion dates. Coordinate program activities associated with initiatives to ensure that project objectives are accomplished within timelines.
Coordinate delivery of materials for training.
Coordinate registration and logistical support for webinars and other trainings.

Administration:

Provide the staff with administrative support.
Schedule meetings, help with paperwork, and attend to correspondence.
Update databases, maintain files, and manage inventory of the office.
Assist with mandatory program reporting activities.
Monitors shared email mailbox to respond to customer request

We’re Looking for Someone with:

High school degree and at least 2 years of relevant experience with safety promotion, community education, or training.
Bachelor’s degree preferred.
Microsoft Office skills.
Ability to organize work schedules.
Microsoft Teams
WebEx
Smartsheets
This is a remote position
Hourly rate: $25/hr
