S<\/span>UMMARY<\/span><\/span>: <\/span>The <\/span><\/span>Preschool<\/span> Director <\/span>fulfills a<\/span> thorough<\/span> job. <\/span>The <\/span>Preschool<\/span> Director<\/span> <\/span><\/span>works <\/span>as <\/span>a <\/span>management professional <\/span>to develop and implement <\/span>the presc<\/span>hoo<\/span>l <\/span>programs<\/span>. The<\/span> <\/span>Preschool<\/span> Director<\/span>'s<\/span> responsibility includes<\/span> the operation and instructional leadership of the FBGNC preschool facility. T<\/span>he <\/span>Preschool<\/span> Director will train and supervise<\/span> staff, set<\/span> instructional <\/span>objectives<\/span>, and<\/span> build a rapport with parents.<\/span><\/span> <\/span>

Develop and <\/span>maintain<\/span> a safe and supportive environment that supports the needs and interests of each child and fosters positive and supportive relationships between youth and staff<\/span><\/span> <\/span>
<\/p><\/li> <\/ul> <\/div>
- Develop and <\/span>maintain<\/span> required reports, ensuring accuracy and <\/span>timely<\/span> submission as required by state policies and procedures<\/span><\/span> <\/span>
  <\/p><\/li> <\/ul> <\/div>
  - Develops and <\/span>maintains<\/span> positive relationships and regular communication with parent\-clients; <\/span>facilitates<\/span> or directly provides mediation and resolution to parent\-program conflicts <\/span>that<\/span> arise<\/span><\/span> <\/span>

    Create and deliver <\/span>various youth programs that engage<\/span> <\/span>the <\/span>youth of all ages in developmentally <\/span>appropriate projects<\/span> ranging from social, recreational, educational<\/span>,<\/span> and enrichment activities. <\/span><\/span> <\/span>

    Design and implement professional development and ongoing staff development to enhance individual staff<\/span><\/span> <\/span>

    Develop <\/span>curric<\/span>ulum <\/span>utilizing<\/span> Hi\-Scope and Dual Language curriculum<\/span><\/span> <\/span>

    SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES<\/span>:<\/span><\/span> <\/span>

    Promote FBGNC activities and programming to attract new residents, volunteers<\/span>,<\/span> and collaborating partners<\/span><\/span> <\/span>
    <\/p><\/li> <\/ul> <\/div>
    
    Attain, <\/span>maintain<\/span> and ensure compliance with all center programs<\/span>,<\/span> including FSSA, On<\/span> <\/span>MyWay<\/span>, CCDF<\/span>,<\/span> and CACFP<\/span><\/span> <\/span>
    <\/p><\/li> <\/ul> <\/div>
    
    Maintain ongoing documentation of daily activities, work with youth, families<\/span>,<\/span> and staff<\/span><\/span> <\/span>
    <\/p><\/li> <\/ul> <\/div>
    
    Maintain <\/span>accurate<\/span> records<\/span>,<\/span> including attendance, finances, incidents reports, etc.<\/span><\/span> <\/span>
    <\/p><\/li> <\/ul> <\/div>
    
    Participate in ongoing program evaluations, both internal and external<\/span> <\/span>effectiveness of all services<\/span> through comm<\/span>unity surveys, observation, <\/span>and evaluation<\/span><\/span> <\/span>
