Client Profile<\/span><\/b>\- <\/span><\/span><\/span>A nonprofit community service center.<\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/p>
<\/span>
<\/p>
Job Summary<\/span><\/b>\- <\/span>The custodian reports to the office manager and the building custodian; responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of the building and the surrounding grounds including vacuuming floors, sanitizing restroom facilities and collecting trash.<\/span><\/span>
<\/p>
<\/span>
<\/p>
Job Duties<\/span><\/b>
<\/p>
· <\/span><\/span><\/span>Ensure that the building and facilities are clean and presentable for use by the public and staff.<\/span>
<\/p>
· <\/span><\/span><\/span>Clean and sanitize the Childcare facility to meet state regulations and guidelines.<\/span>
<\/p>
· <\/span><\/span><\/span>Perform minor grounds work around the campus.<\/span>
<\/p>
· <\/span><\/span><\/span>Arrange furniture and equipment for meetings and special events<\/span>
<\/p>
· <\/span><\/span><\/span>Perform cleaning tasks in restrooms, offices and outside areas such as sweeping, scrubbing, dusting, disinfecting, shampooing empty waste containers.<\/span>
<\/p>
· <\/span><\/span><\/span>Maintain clean linens and washable items throughout the organization<\/span>
<\/p>
· <\/span><\/span><\/span>Keep a detailed inventory of all products and items.<\/span>
<\/p>
· <\/span><\/span><\/span>Reporting damages and failed equipment to Office Manager<\/span>
<\/p>
· <\/span><\/span><\/span>Perform other duties as assigned.<\/span>

Qualifications<\/span><\/b>
<\/p>
· <\/span><\/span><\/span>High School Diploma or equivalent<\/span>
<\/p>
· <\/span><\/span><\/span>Valid Driverâs License preferred but not required<\/span>
<\/p>
· <\/span><\/span><\/span>Favorable criminal history background check<\/span>
<\/p>
· <\/span><\/span><\/span>Ability to pass a physical abilities test and TB screen<\/span>
<\/p>
· <\/span><\/span><\/span>Ability to lift excess of 50 pounds<\/span>
<\/p>
· <\/span><\/span><\/span>Experience in performing custodial duties<\/span>
<\/p>
· <\/span><\/span><\/span>Hours: M\-F 11am to 8p<\/span>
<\/p>
· <\/span><\/span><\/span>Pay: up to $17.00 hourly, competitive insurance and benefits and incentives<\/span>
