As a member of the Development Operations team, the Manager, Fundraising Systems will strengthen and scale WCK’s fundraising technology infrastructure, ensuring our data, systems, and analytics operate with the same speed, precision, and compassion that define our work around the world.
This role provides strategic and hands-on leadership and contributes to the ongoing strategy and enhancement of WCK’s fundraising CRM (Salesforce NPSP) and its connected ecosystem of integrations, automations, and AI-driven tools, building the systems that empower data-driven fundraising and scalable growth. Managing a small team, the Manager will oversee data integrity, system optimization, and automation, enabling the Development team to operate with greater insight and efficiency.
This position is ideal for someone who combines strong Salesforce administration skills with an understanding of fundraising operations, a builder who can transform data and technology into tools that empower fundraisers, enhance donor experiences, and scale WCK’s impact.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide effective oversight and leadership to the Fundraising Systems team, including the Salesforce Administrator and Data Specialist.
- Manage and maintain WCK’s Salesforce NPSP environment, including user setup, permissions, automations, and integrations with external tools such as Mailchimp, Kindsight, Dataro, GoFundMe Pro, and Sage Intacct.
- Partner with Director, Development Operations on reporting and analytics—transforming business needs into actionable dashboards, reports, and data visualizations that support fundraising strategies.
- Oversee data quality management, including regular audits, deduplication, and adherence to data standards and governance protocols.
- Partner with Fundraising Operations and Donor Relations to ensure CRM tools and data workflows meet the evolving needs of frontline fundraising and stewardship efforts.
- Coordinate with Finance to maintain accurate and timely data synchronization between Salesforce and Sage Intacct.
- Identify, scope, and implement system improvements and automations that streamline processes and enable scalable fundraising growth.
- Collaborate with internal teams to design and test new features, integrations, and configurations to improve system functionality.
- Develop, document, and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for data management, reporting, and system use.
- Conduct training and provide ongoing support to Development staff to enhance data literacy and system adoption.
- Work closely with external vendors and consultants to support system enhancements, troubleshoot technical issues, and plan for future upgrades.
- Serve as a resource for best practices in CRM administration, fundraising data, and analytics.
- Contribute to various team projects as assigned.
- The Manager, Fundraising Systems will work closely with senior leaders and lead a small team.
- Minimum of 4+ years of progressive experience in fundraising operations, data management, or CRM administration, including at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
- Advanced experience managing and customizing Salesforce NPSP or equivalent CRM system in a nonprofit environment
- Demonstrated ability to lead system integrations and data workflows involving multiple platforms such as email marketing, analytics, and accounting systems
- Strong analytical and reporting skills with experience developing dashboards and data visualizations
- Proven ability to manage projects, meet deadlines, supervise, lead, and communicate clearly across teams
- Demonstrated ability to organize and prioritize work, delegate tasks appropriately, and solve problems through analysis and interpretation of information.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills, with exceptional problem solving skills
- Proficiency with Excel and/or Google Sheets, and Microsoft Word, familiarity with data import/export tools and APIs a plus
- Strong commitment to accuracy, timeliness, clarity, and attention to detail.
- Demonstrated flexibility, eagerness to learn, and comfort with ambiguity in a fast-paced environment.

Salary Range: $90,000 - $110,000 USD depends on experience
