Key
Responsibilities:<\/span><\/u><\/b>
<\/p>
1. <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>To generate new leads through various
channels like LinkedIn, Digital Marketing, Events, Workshops, and Donor Referrals
for acquiring potential donors.<\/span>
<\/p>
2. <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>To contact donors (via calls, emails,
in -person meetings, etc.) and explain WWF India's work in a clear and
interesting way.<\/span>
<\/p>
3. <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>To keep the existing and new donors
engaged by maintaining consistent communication and building long -term
relationships by following the donor journey for both acquisition and retention
donors.<\/span>
<\/p>
4. <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>To convert, retain, and upgrade the
existing donor database to maximize the retention ratio.<\/span>
<\/p>
5. <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>Assist the Key Donor team in planning donor
activities and collaborating with internal teams on creative communication for
key donors.<\/span>

Requirements<\/h3>
Graduate
/ Postgraduate / MBA (experience preferred) from a recognized university.<\/span>
<\/li>Excellent
English communication and negotiation skills with demonstrated ability to
talk and listen to people and build rapport with them.<\/span>
<\/li>Ability
to work under tight deadlines.<\/span>
<\/li>Highly
performance -oriented and able to work in a team.<\/span>
<\/li>Energy -driven
individual who can inspire people and promote WWF -India's work.<\/span>
<\/li>Should
have experience in Sales for at least 1 year.<\/span>
