As an Inclusion Counselors, you are assigned to 1-3 children with disabilities to provide varying support, depending on the level of accommodation. All Inclusion Counselors will be assigned to a camper(s) within a group, based by grade (Kindergarten-6th grade). This position is a seasonal full-time position. The expected hours are from 8AM-4PM Monday through Friday. Seasonal work begins May 28 and goes through July 26 with opportunities to work through August 16. Hours are subject to change based on the camp’s needs.What you will be doing:- Must account for and contribute towards the daily well-being of their assigned campers.
- Assist their campers in the daily routine and group activities.
- Adapt activities and facilitate social interaction.
- Participate fully in all programs and submit all paperwork necessary, including Daily Communication Reports.
- Maintain communication with the Inclusion Manager and with their camper’s parents.
What you will bring:- Prior work experience with children with disabilities is strongly preferred.
- Must be at least 18 by the start of camp and able to pass a background check.
- Positive attitude and self-motivated.
- Works well collaboratively in a team environment.

- Must be able to meet routine office physical demands including climbing stairs, carrying up to 20-pound objects and possessing the dexterity and vision to operate office computers and equipment.
