Compensation: $24.00-$26.00/ hourly

What You Will Work On:
- Using Sage Intacct software, prepare and record vendor checks.
- Review payment requests to ensure proper approvals and documentation.
- Respond to urgent check needs quickly and accurately.
- Process multiple expense reimbursements and credit card reports through Concur, ensuring invoices are coded and receipts are attached.
What You Bring:
Education, Certifications, and Licensure Requirements/Preferences
- Bachelor's Degree (4-Year Program) or equivalent lived and or worked experience.
Experience Requirements/Preferences
- Minimum 3 years accounting experience or education; preferably within the nonprofit environment.
- Experience with Sage Intacct accounting software, preferred.
- Knowledge and understanding of 501(c)(3) non-profit organization accounting requirements preferred.
